Stephanie Overholser was born in Kalamazoo, Michigan, where she spent the majority of her childhood years. At age 16, Stephanie and her family moved to Lansing, Michigan, where she graduated high school and attended Michigan State University for one year. Eager to explore life outside the Midwest and seeking a daily dose of sunshine, Stephanie transferred to the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. She graduated with highest honors from UF with a degree in Finance from the Warrington College of Business Administration.

Stephanie relocated to Tampa, FL after graduation, and was a Managing Consultant at Navigant Consulting, Inc. for 5 years. During her time at Navigant, she worked in the Litigation and Investigations practice area and primarily assisted in Healthcare litigation matters. Stephanie and her husband currently reside in Savannah, Georgia. She works as a Financial Analyst at NetJets International. While her education and professional experience in the field of Finance have paid the bills over the years, she is excited to apply these skills in an entrepreneurial endeavor like Be Stirred.
