    1.2 Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including personalized or customized apparel and items marked as final sale.

    1.3 Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    • Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to package and send the item back to us.
    • Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
    • Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund.

    2. Refunds:

    2.1 Refund Methods: Refunds for eligible returned items will be processed using the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow [7-10] business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

    2.2 Partial Refunds: If the returned item is not in its original condition, has been worn, or is missing tags, we may issue a partial refund based on the item's condition and the extent of use.

    3. Exchanges:

    3.1 Exchange Process: If you received a defective or damaged item, you may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving the item. Contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process. We will provide you with instructions for returning the damaged item, and we will ship a replacement once we receive the damaged item and inspect its condition.

    4. Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or damaged items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
